Terms of Service

Agreement

By using Creator Intelligence Studio, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 and legally able to enter this agreement.

Your accounts and content

You are responsible for maintaining control of your email address, password, connected Google or Twitch channels, and all content you provide. Do not share your password. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited permission to process it only to provide the features you request. You must own or have permission to use every recording submitted for editing.

YouTube and Twitch

Your use of connected services remains subject to the YouTube and Twitch terms and policies. The Service does not replace either platform. We do not download YouTube audiovisual content through the YouTube API. Publishing or modifying platform content requires your clear approval and any additional authorization requested at that time. You are responsible for selecting the correct audience, visibility, copyright, synthetic-media, and other required disclosures before publishing.

Recommendations and beta features

Analytics, forecasts, AI suggestions, thumbnails, captions, and editing recommendations may contain errors and do not guarantee views, revenue, audience growth, or content success. Review every output before relying on or publishing it.

Acceptable use

You may not violate law or platform rules, infringe rights, bypass security, scrape services, manipulate engagement, distribute malware, or use the Service to process content you do not have permission to use.

Availability and termination

Features may change, pause, or be discontinued. You may disconnect platforms or delete your workspace at any time. We may restrict an account that violates these Terms or creates security or legal risk.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for platform outages, account actions taken by YouTube or Twitch, lost revenue, or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
