Overview

Creator Intelligence Studio (“we,” “us,” or “the Service”) gives creators a private workspace for channel analytics, content review, post-stream production, title optimization, and thumbnail review. This policy explains what data we access, why we use it, how we protect it, and how you can delete it.

Information we collect

Account information

You create an account with an email address and password. We store your email address, display name, profile image when supplied, and secure session records so we can keep your workspace separate from every other creator. Passwords are salted and stored only as computationally expensive one-way hashes; we cannot read or recover the original password.

Security data

We process limited network information to rate-limit repeated login and account-creation attempts. Rate-limit keys are one-way hashed and do not store a readable IP address.

Google and YouTube data

When you connect YouTube, we may access your YouTube channel ID and name, video and livestream metadata, thumbnails, and authorized YouTube Analytics data such as views, watch time, retention, traffic sources, and audience activity. We also store encrypted OAuth access and refresh tokens needed to maintain the connection. The default channel and analytics connection is read-only. We request an additional YouTube permission only when you initiate one-click streaming setup, choose to apply a title or thumbnail change, or choose Publish to YouTube. That permission is used only for the exact action you approve, such as creating one reusable live destination, updating a selected video title, setting a selected video thumbnail, or uploading a reviewed edit with the title, description, audience, visibility, and thumbnail settings you selected.

Twitch data

When you connect Twitch, we may access your Twitch account ID, display name, profile information, follower information, stream metadata, and the encrypted OAuth tokens needed to maintain the connection.

Restream routing and AI clip data

If you enable Restream distribution, we store the Restream ingest server and an encrypted stream key so Cloudflare can forward your recording feed to the Restream channels you selected. The stream key is never displayed again after it is saved. If you separately connect Restream with OAuth, we may access your Restream profile, past-event metadata, recording thumbnails, AI clip projects, clip transcripts, virality scores, and temporary clip download links. We create a clip project only after you select a recording.

Creator-provided media

Video production requires a recording you own or are authorized to use, such as an OBS recording or an approved cloud recording source. We do not use the YouTube API to download or store copies of YouTube audiovisual content.

AI analysis and generated thumbnails

When you choose Analyze, we send the selected video's title, public performance totals, and thumbnail to OpenAI to produce a packaging audit and suggested titles. When you choose Generate thumbnail, we send the selected thumbnail and approved creative direction to OpenAI to create a private preview. Each creator supplies a separate OpenAI project API key. The key is encrypted at rest, attached only to that creator's account, and never displayed again after it is saved. AI suggestions are not applied to YouTube unless you review the exact result and confirm the change.

How we use information

  • Connect and identify the channel you authorize.
  • Display channel and video performance inside your workspace.
  • Detect completed livestreams and organize your review queue.
  • Ask Restream to analyze a recording you select, then display and rank the resulting clips for private review and download.
  • Create one reusable YouTube live destination only when you initiate one-click streaming setup and separately approve that permission.
  • Provide content recommendations while clearly distinguishing YouTube-provided data from Twitch data and our own suggestions.
  • Analyze a title and thumbnail only after you select a YouTube video and request the analysis.
  • Apply a selected title or thumbnail to YouTube only after you explicitly confirm that change.
  • Upload a reviewed vertical Short or horizontal long-form edit to YouTube only after you select its visibility and audience setting and confirm the upload.
  • Protect accounts, prevent abuse, and maintain the Service.

We do not sell Google user data, Twitch user data, Restream user data, or personal information. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not permit one creator to access another creator's authorized data.

Google API Limited Use disclosure

Creator Intelligence Studio's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage, security, and retention

OAuth tokens and platform API credentials are encrypted at rest and transmitted using HTTPS. Login sessions use secure, HTTP-only, same-site cookies. Passwords use per-account random salts and one-way key derivation. Login attempts are rate-limited. We use access controls so each creator can access only their own workspace. Temporary production videos and generated production thumbnails are stored in private creator-scoped cloud storage for up to 72 hours so you can review, download, or publish them. Generated thumbnail previews made for an existing YouTube video remain in the requesting browser until the page is refreshed unless you explicitly apply the preview. We retain authorized data only while it is needed to provide the Service, refresh or revalidate stored API data as required, and delete or refresh data when the applicable platform requires it.

If you disconnect a channel, we attempt to revoke its authorization immediately and delete its stored tokens. If you delete your workspace, we delete associated stored account and authorized data as soon as possible and no later than seven calendar days.

Sharing and service providers

We use Cloudflare for hosting and storage; OpenAI for requested AI analysis and image generation; and connected creator platforms to provide the features you request. These providers process only the data needed for their role and under their applicable terms and privacy commitments. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect users and the Service.

Your controls

Children and changes

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the Service changes. Material changes will be posted here, and we will request renewed consent when required.
